Dear Settlers,

We've received your reports regarding several issues encountered during this event. Our dev team is doing their best to fix the issues as soon as possible.

We would also like to inform you that we will reduce the Community Goal for Phase 1 from 500,000,000 to 350,000,000. This will be implemented today, September 25th without going through a maintenance.
