The "Improved" Christmas surprise in Door 31 will reward not reward all of buildings, as the current description reads. Opening this box will reward only one of the buildings in the list.
This description will be adjusted in a future game update.

In my humble opinion, this Christmas event was the most devoid of inventiveness and less attractive since the settlers exist.
