the downsizing of pure carrier garrisons is just horrible as it should be since they were designed to be of a different size. I prefer as it was, since I use to send the quartermaster back several times, I could do it without waiting him to build up and saved me the unload click. Besides, qm could be placed manually after moving a couple of generals. I don't like that change.
